2. Product Information & Accuracy
- Gourmet Nature: Since our products involve natural ingredients (spices, oils, and hand-packed goods), slight variations in color or texture may occur between batches.
- Allergen Warning: While we maintain strict hygiene standards in our Islamabad facility, all products are processed in a facility that may handle nuts, gluten, and dairy. Please read the ingredient labels carefully.
3. Pricing & Orders
- Currency: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable duties and taxes.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if a product is out of stock or if we detect suspicious activity.
- Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and Credit/Debit cards via secure Islamabad-based financial partners.
4. Shipping & Perishables
- Islamabad Hub: All orders are quality-checked and dispatched from our central kitchen/warehouse in Islamabad.
- Delivery Timelines: * Twin Cities (ISB/RWP): 1–2 business days.
- Nationwide: 3–5 business days.
- Address Accuracy: Because many of our products have a specific shelf life, we are not responsible for spoiled goods due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Food Safety
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the safety seal is broken, except in cases of damage during transit or manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
